In 1987 year he has graduated the Leningrad State University of Lenin’s award and the award of the Labour Red Banner, named after А.А. Zhdanov.

In 1991 year he has got the scientific degree of the candidate of physics and mathematics sciences.

Shalaev Evgeny Viktorovich was born in 1970.
He has graduated the Baltic State Technical University named after Ustinov D.F. in St.-Petersburg.
Speciality: Dynamics of flight and management of movement of rockets and space vehicles.
In1994 year he started at OJSC “OLCON” as the turner of mechanical-repair workshop and risen up to the post of chief of mechanical-repair workshop.
Since 2003 year till present time he has been working in the Group of companies “Remmeh-techno”, since May 2006 year has been appointed at the post of director on manufacture of the Operating company «Factor-Service» Ltd.

Sagura Yury Vasilevich was born in 1967.
In 1992 year he has graduated St-Petersburg Technological Institute of the refrigerating industry of the award of the Labour Red Banner.
Qualification: Mechanical engineer.
After graduation of the institute he has started as the mechanic of one of the subdivisions of the Olenegorsky Mining-and-Processing Integrated Works (OJSC “Olenegorsky GOK”).
Since 2003 year has been working in the Group of companies “Remmeh-techno” at the posts of the chief engineer, the director.
Since 2010 year has been working at the Operating company «Factor-Service» Ltd. at the post of the commercial director.

Maksimenko Valentina Evgenjevna was born in 1970.
In 2003 year she has graduated the St.-Petersburg Institute of psychology and social work.
Qualification: the expert of social work (the practical psychologist).
In 2004 she has graduated the St.-Petersburg scientific research psycho-neurological institute named after Bekhterev V.M. Qualification: the clinical psychologist.
Since 2003 year till 2005 year she has been working at JSC “Melifaro” at the position of the manager on the personnel – psychologist.
Since 2005 year she has been holding the post of director on human resource management at the Operating company «Factor-Service» Ltd.
